The KeyHolding Company wins Digital Transformation of the Year (SME) at the 2020 Digital Technology Leader Awards for its custom service delivery platform built by Haulmont

Following The KeyHolding Company and Haulmont Technology winning Digital Transformation of the Year (SME) at the 2020 Digital Technology Leader Awards, Technology Director, Lucas Gundry was interviewed by Computing magazine about the project.

Beginning life as a small-scale, manual operation providing response and guarding services for private residences in London, the KeyHolding Company has grown to manage a network of over 200 security service providers, managing 30,000 properties across the UK.

Lucas credits the company’s vision and commitment to digital-first processes, placing their Haulmont-built platform ‘Chase’ at the heart of all core operations, to raising the bar across the security industry and leading to growth in both profit and revenue. The benefits of a custom platform were more obvious than ever before in 2020, with the flexibility of the technology allowing the business to respond rapidly to the changing needs of its clients in light of lockdown with minimal disruption.
