On the 17th and 18th August, Haulmont held a Summer Forum for THESIS customers. Clients from various industries including financial, insurance and public sector organisations met in Samara to discuss topics of interest and their experiences of using THESIS.


We have recently launched THESIS, our ECM platform, in Kazakhstan to continue growing our presence within the CIS territories.

Our Kazakh company has an office in Almaty which means that we can now offer onsite demos of THESIS to companies in Kazakhstan. This is helping to expedite the scoping and implementation process with new customers.


In June, we released the latest version of our ECM solution, THESIS. The key improvement in the new version is the launch of a new mobile app. Other changes include compatibility with Oracle Database.

The THESIS mobile app has been developed with React Native framework which allows for adaptations to different interactive elements to comply with various operating systems such as Android and iOS. It is available in both Google Play and the App Store. The app has been built to be easily scalable and adaptive in conjunction with the core system of THESIS and any ongoing modifications to this which may be made.


The AIIM Forum is an industry-leading event in which business leaders and decision makers in the information management industry meet to discuss the latest trends in technology and network with like-minded business leaders and vendors. The forum is organised by AIIM International; a community dedicated to helping businesses to streamline workflow processes, manage documents more efficiently and stay abreast of the latest innovations in ECM technologies.

We were delighted to showcase THESIS at this year’s forum as it was an excellent opportunity to raise awareness of our brand since our UK launch earlier this year.


Haulmont Technology will exhibit THESIS as the UK’s newest Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system at the AIIM Forum on Wednesday 20th June.

The AIIM Forum is an independent event which looks at new information and content management solutions and the benefits that they can bring to companies.

THESIS is an advanced and agile ECM solution which automates document and task management, helps businesses to reduce process costs, increase efficiency and productivity.


The ‘ECM Day’ conference took place on 6th March and was organised by TAdviser, a Russian organisation which promotes business automation.

The conference discussed issues such as ECM procurement, industry trends in Business Process Automation and innovation in ECM solutions.

Alongside other ECM providers and customers, THESIS ECM Sales Director, Alexander Nazarov gave a presentation about the successful implementation of THESIS at Moscow Research and Production Complex Avionika.


2017 was another successful year for Haulmont Technology with business growth across all of our key products.Take a look at the highlights below.

Haulmont has seen consistent growth throughout 2017 with profit doubling since 2016 and sales increasing by 75%.

To cope with the additional demand, the business has employed 80 new members of staff, extended the existing offices in Samara and Togliatti and built a brand new office in Saratov.


Haulmont Technology’s THESIS solution has rapidly become one of the leading ECM systems in Russia and the Russian Commonwealth countries.

Haulmont has been developing and implementing software solutions worldwide for over nine years and is proud to announce TAB Bank as the first English-speaking customer to implement THESIS.  

Bryce Mildon, Project Manager at TAB Bank noted that THESIS had been seamlessly installed and tested on the company’s hardware with employees eager to start working on the system.


In September 2017, Haulmont attended two conferences dedicated to Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems to showcase our own ECM solution, THESIS. The conferences were ECM Day 2017 and the Russian Enterprise Content Summit (RECS) 2017.

Both events discussed the latest developments in ECM solutions, success stories and new trends.

Ivan Laskin, Head of THESIS at Haulmont, delivered a presentation on ECM mobile clients available and the upcoming THESIS mobile client which is due to be released by the end of 2017. One of the big advantages of this version is being able to work offline using any mobile device.


We recently held a ‘Summer Forum’ for THESIS in which we invited THESIS customers to a two-day business and entertainment event. Customers were invited to share their experiences of using THESIS and provide valuable feedback about the product. We also used this event to announce future plans for THESIS including a new release with document comparison and recognition, based on ABBYY technologies.

The attendees had the opportunity to visit the Haulmont office in Samara and see developers working on new THESIS functionalities before taking a coach tour of Samara and a boat trip along the Volga River.
