On 15th and 16th May, the THESIS team exhibited at this year’s Digital Transformation Conference. The conference is in its fourth year and brings together the most innovative digital businesses to discuss best practices and new technologies. The pace of digital change has been rapid in recent years and the most forward-thinking businesses have digital transformation high on their agendas.
It was the first time that Haulmont exhibited the THESIS platform at the conference and it was a great opportunity for the team to discuss common challenges that organisations are faced with and how THESIS can help to overcome them.
Many organisations are exploring different software solutions on the market to simplify document storage and sharing and manage the flow of documents more efficiently across different office locations. Another common challenge is managing document workflow, for example, contracts as they are edited and amended by different stakeholders before approval.
Sid Shepherd, Business Development Executive for THESIS noted, “there were several stakeholders at the conference who were exploring document management over multiple locations and offices, centralising document storage and managing the lifecycle of specific documents. A good example is contracts and how an ECM platform like THESIS can help to simplify the process of creating, editing, amending, approving and sharing a contract.”
