Haulmont and Raiser partner to develop and implement web portal for Kyrgyzstani public services tender
The government of Kyrgyzstan selected a local company, Raiser Technology to implement a web portal to manage public service provisions including health insurance documentation and tax returns. Raiser approached Haulmont to partner and use CUBA Platform (now Jmix) to deliver the project as CUBA (now Jmix) has a proven track record on being robust, reliable and secure.
The new portal was implemented by a collaborative team of developers from both Raiser and Haulmont with Raiser’s team leading front-end development and Haulmont responsible for system architecture, back-end and consultancy.
Since launching in 2019, users can register securely through the portal, complete applications for services, track statuses and receive update notifications. In the first six months of operation, over 23 million services were provided and 500-600 users logged into the portal daily.
