BookMyCoach is an online coach brokerage that offers customers instant online quotes from an affiliated supplier base of over 2,500 companies.
Haulmont built a web-based pricing application to provide real time quotes based on journey mileage to BMC customers. Haulmont’s system handles the entire booking process and provides BMC managers with a real-time dashboard and full reporting and also includes an online supplier portal to enable coach operators to manage their own information. Since implementing the system, BMC’s staff can handle around 20% more sales enquiries than on their old system.
